The service
- We offer three options; all you need to do is decide which one is best for your current or future needs.
- All levels will receive a professionally written, individual advert for each advertised vacancy ensuring you only get suitable applications.
- Our job board portfolio has in excess of 3000 job boards and we will select the relevant sites on which to advertise your roles. Plus you get the benefit of the social networking sites and our own websites
- Every CV presented to you represents a candidate that has actually applied for the role, not a CV that has just been plucked from a database.
- You are free to interview whomever you wish, whenever you wish.
- Whether you employ one or more from each campaign, you will never be charged an additional fee. All the applications are yours.
- All job credits are valid for 12 months and once activated, are live for 28 days.
Option 1
- One advert posted in up to three geographical locations (nationally or internationally).
- Two stage visual CV sifting against your job description to ensure suitability.
Option 2
- One advert posted in up to five geographical locations (nationally or internationally)
- Three stage CV sifting against your job description, the third stage is an initial telephone screen to confirm the details on the CV, their salary requirements, notice period, reasons for leaving etc.
- Telephone screening notes will be provided with every CV submission to assist when conducting interviews.
Option 3
- One advert posted in up to ten geographical locations (nationally or internationally)
- Four stage CV sifting against your job description, the fourth stage is an in depth telephone interview with the applicant assessing every aspect of their background.
- Full interview notes will be provided with every CV submission to give even greater assistance when conducting interviews.
